Currently, I design on Squarespace, as I have found this platform to be beautiful, user-friendly, affordable, and they have an amazing customer service team.

My goal is for you to have full control of your website after launch, and I’ve found Squarespace to be the best platform for my clients to achieve this goal.

Your project involvement will depend on the package that you choose. Still, regardless of package choice, you will need to attend all live meetings, prepare your assets (photography, graphics, and copy), and be available during the project timeline to respond to feedback requests.

Before our strategy call, you will be given a welcome packet that breaks down all of the details and expectations throughout the project.

All of my large projects are paid in installments. Typically, 25% of the project fee is due at contract signing to hold your place on my calendar. Then, 50% of the project fee is due on the first day of the project timeline, and the remaining 25% is due on launch day.

Given the digital nature of the product, there are no payment plans or refunds for template purchases.

Squarespace offers robust website analytics for you to review once your site is live. I also offer to assist with connecting Google Analytics to your website, so that you can gain additional insights from your site traffic. A Google Analytics account is required to set this up.
