BOOK A SESSION

The Process

Here’s How It Works

Session 1

Discovery & Strategy

We’ll kick things off with a friendly, in-depth strategy session to explore your vision, your goals, and where you currently stand with your new business. I’m here to listen, learn, and ask the right questions to get a full picture of what makes your program unique. Together, we’ll identify the areas that need the most attention, and I’ll begin shaping a business strategy that aligns perfectly with your goals and aspirations.

Session 2

Plan & Implement

With your created strategy in mind, we will work together to develop a plan and outline a reasonable timeline to reach your business goals. I will guide you through a step-by-step process that helps you understand the requirements to become a successful early childhood business owner. Once you have a solid plan in place, it will be your turn to begin implementing everything you’ve learned.

Session 3 & Beyond

Training & Support

While you implement your business plan and move forward with launch, I will continue to be here to guide you along the way as the inevitable questions arise. You can choose to book time with me as needed, or be placed on my calendar for regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Together, we will work through the peaks and valleys of your new business, so you feel calm and confident to take the next steps to launch and grow your budding empire!

BOOK A SESSION

“I have found her to be honest, professional, knowledgeable, creative, and a true resource to rely on for my start-up business.”

I have known Chelsea Denny, owner of Early Childhood Creative, since the beginning of the year 2024. I have found her to be honest, professional, knowledgeable, creative, and a true resource to rely on for my start-up business.

Chelsea's skill set has not only provided me, as owner, with regular B2B consultation sessions–specifically within the childcare industry, but all our marketing needs as well.

Within her Marketing & Creative Design capabilities, I feel she has helped to bring Nation of Seeds alive. The most surprising thing I have noticed, over the months, was, once given a few concepts of what our company was looking for, to see how quickly she filled that requested project assignment. Chelsea's ability to listen and the speed at which she then interprets precisely what we were looking for has been amazing.

I am truly grateful for finding "Early Childhood Creative," and I want to personally thank Chelsea. I have enjoyed working with her on everything from creating our logo, helping us to find the right business colors, creating our business cards, setting up business email addresses, and even more recently, creating our "Event Rack Cards," which turned out beautifully! I know that others will benefit in BIG ways as they work with "Early Childhood Creative".

My role as your consultant is to coach you through challenges, provide fresh ideas, and support you through this often isolating process.
